Unconditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Before you life the receiver or hit “Talk,” dial *72.
  2. Then dial the 10-digit number provided to you by your answering service.
  3. Hit “Talk” and call forwarding will be activated once you hear the confirmation code and message.

No Answer Call Forwarding:

  1. Before you life the receiver or hit “Talk,” dial *71.
  2. Then dial the 10-digit number provided to you by your answering service.
  3. Hit “Talk” and call forwarding will be activated once you hear the confirmation code and message.

Busy Call Forwarding:

  1. Before you life the receiver or hit “Talk,” dial *90.
  2. Then dial the 10-digit number provided to you by your answering service.
  3. Hit “Talk” and call forwarding will be activated once you hear the confirmation code and message.

Selective Call Forwarding:

  1. Lift the receiver on your phone and listen for the dial tone, then press *63.
  2. Follow the prompts to select which number to forward.
  3. Call forwarding will be activated once you hear the activation code.

Online Call Forwarding Instructions:

In some instances, it might be helpful to complete call forwarding online: 

  1. Log into My Account and choose the Phone option from your list of subscribed services.
  2. Go to the Features tab and select Call Forwarding.
  3. Select the call forwarding option by toggling on or off and following the instructions.

In the Call Forwarding menu, you can access and manage various features, including:

  • Call Forwarding Not Reachable
  • Call Forwarding Always

Busy Call Forwarding

  1. Lift the receiver on your business phone and listen for a dial tone, then press *91—do not add your forwarding number for this process
  2. Wait for a confirmation tone to approve the call forwarding deactivation.
  3. End the call and your call forwarding will be turned off.

Selective Call Forwarding

  1. Lift the receiver on your business phone and listen for a dial tone, then press *83—do not add your forwarding number for this process
  2. Enter the rule details and select save.
  3. The selective call forwarding feature will be disabled automatically.
