Answering Service Care is a family business that spans multiple generations. Our dedication extends beyond our walls - and beyond business hours. When you become part of our family, we take your success and your satisfaction personally. Because that's what family does. We encourage you to learn something about us...to understand who we are, what we stand for, and how our technological savvy will work for you.

We truly operate as a family business. Our founder Herman Shooster serves as the Chairman.  He plays a key role in every divison and department, where his 50 years of business experience inspires us all, but he has relinquished management to his four children: Frank, Michael, Stephen and Wendy, who serve as co-CEOs.  Some people find it amazing that four siblings could work together without a ‘boss’ and yet it works.  Our business is strong and growing with a solid financial footing.

We give each other plenty of latitude to manage, where we each have special expertise, but invite input from each other.  And our spouses work here too Max, Alizabeth, Diane and Agnes make major contributions towards our continuing business sucess.  We can have spirited differences at times (like any group of thinking people), but once a policy is established we all become ‘good soldiers’— not only for the good of the family, but for the good of our extended family of employees, clients, vendors and communities.
